    The molarity of the solution is 15.396 M.

    Explanation:

    Molarity is a concentration unit that describes how much of a solution is dissolved in solution.

    Molarity of a solution can found by using the formula,

    Molarity (M) = (moles of solute) / (Liters of Solution).

    Given,

    mass of Sodium Chloride = 225 grams.

    Volume of water = 0.250 L.

    Here, Sodium chloride is solute as it is dissolved in water, which is the solvent.

    Moles of Sodium Chloride (solute) can be found by using the formula,

    Number of Moles = mass / Molar Mass.

    mass of Sodium Chloride (solute) = 225 grams.

    Molar Mass of Sodium Chloride = 58.44 grams

    Number of Moles of Sodium Chloride (solute) = 225/58.44 = 3.849

    Substituting the values in the formula, we get,

    M = 3.849/0.250 = 15.396 M.
