The liquid particles gain energy and start to get "excited." This means they vibrate and eventually break away from the surface of the liquid and into the surrounding gas. This particle of matter is still present, but not in liquid form.

The question is so simple but complicate.

As you know that when liquid is heat it turns to liquid but question is that what happened inside?

When temperature raised the liquid began to boil as a result the liquid particles moves randomly or vibrate and collides each other and produce internal energy when temperature reaches in a certain limit it will turn into gas form so gas will moves upward to the atmosphere and evaporate.

I hope you will understand better now so click below and tell me how was ans.
