    (BCl4) - for sure because a chloride ion is coordinated to BCl3.

    BaCl2 and Ca (NO3) 2 are strictly ionic and have no coordinated covalent bonds.

    TiBr4 is actually coordinated by the bromines and these bonds are more covalent than ionic. The clearest reason lies on the fact that while BaCl2 and Ca (NO3) 2 are both solids, TiBr4 is a liquid at T > 39 degC.
