How would you find the atomic number, atomic mass, protons, neutrons and electrons for ions and isotopes? Is it similar?

    Atomic number = number of protons

    atomic mass = atomic number + number of neutrons

    protons = electrons after ion effect

    neutrons = atomic mass - atomic number

    electrons = number of proton plus charge for - ve ion OR minus for + ve ion

    They are different, representing different properties ...
