The initial density of the fluid is 100 grams per 8 ounce.

    100 grams / 8 ounce * (1 ounce/29.5735 ml) = 0.4227 g/ml

if transferred to a 16-ounce glass:

    100 grams/16 ounces * (1 ounce/29.5735ml) = 0.2113 g/ml

    therefore, the change is 0.4227g/ml - 0.2113 g/ml = 0.2113 g/ml
