The difference between fats and oils is that fats are liquid at room temperature while oils are solid at room temp. True or false

    This is false, fats are solid at room temperature, and oils are liquid at room temperature. For example if you were to look at fats such as lard, you would see they are liquid. If you were to look at oils such as olive oil or canola oil, you would see that they are liquid at room temperature.
