Which of the following is an example of a scientific inference?

Bubbles formed when the two liquids were mixed together.

When the powder was mixed into the water, the temperature increased.

This color change probably means that a chemical reaction has occurred.

The powder only dissolved in the liquid when they are heated.

    I think it's the third one, that one seems to be the closest to an inference because when there is a chemical change, one of the ways to know is whether or not there was a color change.
