We can use this formula for dilutions to find the new concentrationM₁v₁ = M₂v₂

We can use mL for volume as they will cancel out on both sides even though molarity is moles/liter

    (6.0M) * (85mL) = (M₂) * (750mL) M₂ = 0.68

The concentration of a solution after you dilute it is 0.68 M.
