If its made up of electrons, protons, and neurons, the state of matter in this substance is most likely to be : Solid

    we know that the substance

    - a good conductor (and most of good conductors are metals and almost all the metals are solid)

    - Could maintain a unique shape (gas technically does not have a shape and liquid's shape will be determined by the medium surrounding it)
