What does it mean for a chemical to have a low potential energy?

    Low potential energy means there are fewer chemical bonds so H2O has Less than C6H12O6 because their are less valence electrons making bonds with others. in an endothermic reaction heat goes into the product so the reactants would have less potential energy.
