Does the concentration of water change significantly from the value in 4'a = when enough acetic acid is added to make teh solution 0.1m acetic acid

    Of course the concentration of water will change when something is added on it. unless when the amount of the water is very large compare to the amount solution added, then the change in concentration will be negligible. but if the their amount is relativley the same then it will surely change
