What is the main difference between a prokaryotic cell and a eukaryotic cell? A prokaryotic cell has flagella, and a eukaryotic cell does not. A prokaryotic cell has ribosomes, and a eukaryotic cell does not. A eukaryotic cell has a cell wall, and a prokaryotic cell does not. A eukaryotic cell has a nucleus, and a prokaryotic cell does not.
