Boiling is when a liquid is being converted to a gas. but the ending product is still the same molecule. in other words, when you boil water to become vapor, the liquid before was liquid water (H2O) and the vapor after is still a water but now in a gaseous state. because the molecule is the same, we can say that boiling is a physical change.
