    True.

    Explanation:

The computer system is an interconnection and intercommunication of physical and software components, which receives data, processes the data and produces an output.

The internal structure of the computer comprises of units connected with cables or buses.

A bus is a cable in a computer, that connects components. It can be a serial or a parallel bus. A serial bus transmits bits of data, one at a time. This makes communication of components slow.

The parallel bus, unlike the serial bus, has multiple lines (8 bits, 16 bits etc), and can transmit a bit on each lines at the same time. This communication is faster than serial communication, so it is mostly used in computers to boost system speed.
