    Explanation:

Yes absolute true! This is 21st century and the most wanted mode of communication is e. mail. If it is most important communication tool then obviously well phrased expression is also important. We write email to our potential clients, for invitations and for official use. We must express our idea, message most humble, persuasive and expressive ways. Otherwise e. mail could cause an ambiguity among you and the person to whom the email is written. E. Mail must contain subject otherwise people would think the email is a just scam. So first of all to attract the reader to read your email the subject is mandatory. Afterwards it comes the expression, language and tone. In online communication our body gestures and body language is not visible to other person, so if our words are not clear then it could cause ambiguity, there is a possibility that the reader could misunderstood. While online or email our words matters not facial expressions or gestures that we feel about it, but we must write how a person who is reader will perceive the message.

While face to face communication we speak up the words, we use our body language which make our message more clear and understandable for the audience. We must say that while doing face to face communication our half of the message would be conveyed by using the expression. Other person could perceive our words according to the expression although we are not using appropriate words to utter. Moreover, the abrupt inquiry is easy, person can fix the ambiguity face to face otherwise via online it is delay to get resolve the misconception or misunderstanding. So, we must be very specific and particular while writing an email. It is very important for the writer to write the email upto the mark. It must be understandable.
