The four programs that are included in the social security bill are:

Compensation for Unemployment Pension for the aged Increased services for protection of children Prevention of ill health.

The domestic program of the administration of President Franklin D. Roosevelt between 1933 and 1939 (called the new deal) was aimed at promoting economic reliefs as well as reforms in industry, agriculture, finance, water, power, labour, and housing.

All the four programs of the social security bill are centered on these three components of President Roosevelt's program. i. e relief, recovery, and reform.

Answer: Unemployment compensation, old age pensions, protection of children, and the prevention of ill health.

Explanation: The four programmes included in the social security bill are unemployment compensation, old age pensions, protection of children, and the prevention of ill health. FDR's Relief, Recovery and Reform programs focused on emergency relief programs, regulating the banks and the stock market, providing debt relief, managing farms, initiating industrial recovery and introducing public works construction projects. According to Roosevelt "It is, in short, a law that will take care of human needs and at the same time provide the United States a sound economic structure".
