6. Sandra did a survey to see how

many of the students at her school

owned a cat. She discovered that

26 out of the 150 she asked said

they owned a dog. Based on the

results of her survey, if she asked

1,800 students on campus, how

many would NOT own a cat?

    Explanation:

    Logically someone will not keep dog & cat togther. So if sandra was ask 1800 students she ill got 1800:150=12 times are 26 students said they owned a dog. So 12*26 = 312 students are owned a dog & will not own a cat.
