If a team is lacking energy, which personality should a leader look for in a new team member

I know if I were taken the responsibility of a leader, and my team were lacking, it's time to kick it up a notce. Try new activities to put yourself and others involved. Your members won't care if the leader doesn't. Show how much effort you put into something and others will start to do the same!

As far as recruitment goes, it's good to find loyalty, active-ness, and patience in someone. Basically, think of it as someone like yourself. Who's going to put the time and effort into something just as much as you are.
