    Both of the models are networking models and they use same set of standard protocols and describe the concepts of networking in the same sense.

    They are different as OSI is a reference model and TCP/IP is a standard model. OSI has 7 layers whereas TCP/IP has 4 layers.

    Explanation:

    As both are networking models and divide the network into layers with proper explanation of each of the layers. However OSI model is not used but TCP/IP model is being used currently for networking purposes.
