Universal Containers has a process to allow an employee to submit a vacation request and route it to the employee's manager for approval. An employee attempted to submit a request but it could not be submitted. How should the administrator troubleshoot this? - Ensure the user record has an assigned active manager - Ensure the approval step has an associated action. - Review the system log to determine the root cause - Use workflow to email the administrator if the process fails

    Option C is the answer.

    Explanation:

Suppose we have 3 steps to submit the application.

    1. Open the application form

    2. Type the information

    3. Submit it.

If we will do step one then the log for that step will be recorded in the system and thus it will be recorded for rest of the steps. so the system log can be checked for to see the problem.

Option A is rejected because manager assigning will cost the organization much for example if we have 1000 employees we will assign 1000 active managers?

Option B is not answer because approval step always has action for example a notification to the employee if either the application is accepted or not. Also, here the problem is about the submission of application not for the approval.

Option D is not the answer because administrator will also see the option C to check the cause.
