Why does the PC send out a broadcast ARP prior

    You should know where to send a ping packet to an ip package using the ip protocol, but the network card can only send Ethernet packets to MAC addresses. Therefore, the ARP must be sent to see if the destination contains the MAC address on the LAN, and if not, send an ARP request for the MAC address of the router for that destination.
