Many 12-15 year olds have access to the Internet which cannot be supervised by an adult, what are the problems

    Certain problems with teens at that age is that people talk to strangers over the Internet all the time. These teens might try to build a higher relationship with these strangers, when they don't know who they really are.

    They could find their way to a site which you wouldn't approve of, and there are some websites that let you chat with strangers. However, 12 and 15 are standard ages to be mature enough to use the internet without supervision. Also, if you do choose to limit certain sites, it shows that you don't trust them, and that can cause a strain in your relationship.
