    B. Do the office computers have enough RAM to run the program well.

    The computers will consistently freeze and crash if there is not enough RAM, They would have to buy a new tower with sufficient RAM to run the new software otherwise rendering the tower useless. (You wouldn’t run windows 8 on an XP)
