What can you conclude when you use Six Sigma and get a Four Sigma rating. Which rating would be applicable?

Six Sigma focuses on achieving financial targets or reducing costs within 12 months, which is not necessarily a change in how a company improves the quality of its products or services. Additionally, simply changing an approach with no regard for results is not part of the Six Sigma value proposition.

Six Sigma is a standard (not customized) improvement methodology that can be applied to many businesses and throughout an individual business.

Six Sigma projects almost always target quality improvement.
