Both the constructor and the company/organisation awarding the building contract should be kept bound to ensure the erection of the structure in a specific time period depending on the nature of the building. Whenever a disaster occur like floods or earth quakes, the big structured buildings like shopping centers demolish and result in the damage of buildings in their vicinity. This damage of other buildings results in the loss of several precious human lives, money and infrastructure.
