One kg of ammonia in a piston-cylinder assembly, initially saturated liquid at 5 bar, is boiled at constant pressure to saturated vapor. Kinetic and potential energy changes are negligible. a) evaluate the heat transfer [Btu] for this process; b) calculate the entropy production [kJ/K] for this process assuming that the heat transfer occurs with a heat reservoir at 277.28 K. c) Explain on a thermodynamic basis why this process reversible, irreversible or impossible; d) show the states and process on P-v and T-s diagrams.

    I actually studied this a little bit last year. However, i have little to no recollection on the subject. sorry to get your hopes up. However, do the process being a chemical reaction powered by steam and pressure, this process would be reversible.
