In Frankenstein What does the monster realize about himself once he is able to understand society and those around him?

If he is kind to others, that he will one day fit in, despite his appearance.

That although he may not have a family, he can pursue his studies and become a scientist himself, learning to create his own family.

That he is disfigured and alone and may never find companionship.

That he was created to destroy all of humanity.

    When I read Frankenstein, he tries to integrate into society. He learns to speak, and read and observe families. However, because of his appearance people are constantly afraid of him. He becomes frustrated and kills others out of rage, however, he does attempt to save the life of a little girl. he is again reprimanded. Throughout the course of the book, he comes to realize that no one in this society would accept him.

    Based on this knowledge we can assume that answer C is correct.
