    I read the Novel by Orson Welles but haven't heard the radio broadcast so this perhaps is wrong. But I am guessing D because B doesn't make sense because the diseases on Earth kills the Martians and Humans win, C doesn't make sense because well we have no clue if there is even life. A is well I don't think the book talked about radio broadcasting.
