What type of noun is the word in bold? Has the doctor given Sherry any good advice?

    If the word in bold is Sherry, then it is an inproper noun. If it is doctor, then it is a proper noun. if it is advice, it is proper. inproper means a person or places name or anythings name. a prprer is anything else
