    What the narrator inferred by the statment which he made regarding to King Long Shanks was that Lord Shanks was blessed to have a perfect set of legs which most people would have loved to have.

    His leg is perfectly shaped and without any blemish whatsoever in direct comparison to other Kings and Emperors.
