Why cant all we use the N-word in conversation

In the context of the N-word, the power behind the word carries a history of institutionalized, racial discrimination against Black people that has yet to be fully eliminated from society.

There's history of black slaves in the past that experienced a lot of descrimination, and the N-word is what people often referred to them as in those past times.

Therefore using this word in moder society today is still considered extremely disrespectful because it correlates to what happened in the past.

becuase it is not nice. it hurt other people. shows how disrespectful are you. and it shows that you are racist.
