In fireworks, the explosion noises are the result of the chemical energy transformed into kinetic energy.

    Explanation:

There are three forms of energy produced in Fireworks: sound, light and heat. That loud sound we hear after the explosion is the result of quick release of energy.

The firecracker contains chemical 'potential energy' that is released when it is lighted. This energy is converted to kinetic energy, when the firecracker explosion happens. Kinetic energy sends the firecracker in the sky. Chemical energy compresses the air which produces the sound. Lastly, 'radiant energy' is released when it is transmitted into light in the sky.
