Answer: Know your sources. Is it reliable? Especially for research projects, you should definitely be careful of which one to use. For example, a lot of teachers will say not to use info off of Wikipedia since anyone can edit an article regardless of what certification they have (even those who don't study in that field, literally anyone). And make sure to credit them, you're going to avoid plagiarism. I wouldn't really call these restrictions, they're just important ethics to follow.
