    Principle 1: Clarity

    Principle 2:Attention

    Principle 3:Feedback

    Principle 4:Timeliness

    Principle 5: Adequacy

Explanation:Clarity: The message that wants to be communicated must be clearly spelt out and understood. It should be writing in such a way that the person it is sent to or the receiver understands the very same thing which the sender wants to convey or pass across. The message should not be ambiguous in any way.

Attention: So that communication can be effective, the receiver's attention must be drawn towards message. The receiver must not nexceed distracted. People have different behaviours so they can respond differently to messages.

Feedback: The receiver must be able to send a feedback so as to know if the message has been understood in the manner and sense that the sender sent it.

Timeliness: Communication should always be done on time and at proper time so as to facilitate proper implementation. Delay in communication is hazardous.

Adequacy: Messages or information to be communicated should be very adequate and complete in every aspect. Incomplete information can cause delay in action and thus create confusion.
