What are your feelings about success in your job?

The last job I had (retired from in 2006) was a teaching position at NAIT a technical institute in Central Alberta Canada. (Edmonton, Alberta). Few people can ever equal the pride I took in teaching in such a place. It was geared to make the student better, but it also tried to keep the staff happy with what they did. In my opinion They succeeded in doing both.
