Which sentence would be the best concluding sentence for this paragraph?

No one really knows what motivates or discourages students from wanting

to attend school.

Probably we need to work on creating incentives that make students want

to attend school more regularly.

Our school theater department is planning a wide variety of shows to

appeal to a larger audience this year.

The challenge is to somehow communicate both ideas to students at the

same time: attendance matters, but attendance sometimes looks different

than being at school all day long.
