The satire and irony are the important elements that make the story of Animal Farm.

    Explanation:

Satire in the Animal farm is present in the story and what it actually represents.

The story represents the overtake of the communist government in Russia and how the taking over party became what it said it would destroy and made conditions much worse for the people living under them.

The irony in the story is expounded by the blatant hypocrisy of the pigs who takeover the farm from the humans and then take their place.

The phrase that 'all animals are equal' but 'some animals are more equal than the others' is accentuating this irony in the text.
