If I find a good job I'll move to Madrid.

    Explanation:

It is a conditional sentence. This particular sentence is first conditional sentence shown by use of will/shall in result clause.

There four main types of conditional sentences.

    1: Zero Conditional Sentences:

These sentences represent general truth i. e when one event/condition/situation almost certainly causes another.

    Structure:

If/when + present indefinite (condition), present indefinite (result)

    Examples:

If you smoke, your health suffers.

When spring comes, there are flowers everywhere.

    2: First Conditional Sentence:

These are the sentences in which one event/result is the most likely outcome of a condition

    Structure:

If/when + present indefinite (condition), future indefinite (result)

    Examples:

If I find a good job, I'll move to Madrid

When you come, we'll visit museum.

    3: Second Conditional Sentence:

These conditional sentences express outcomes which are very unrealistic/least likely. In most of the cases both condition and result are very unrealistic.

    Structure:

If + past indefinite (condition), would/might + first form of verb (result)

    Example:

If I met the president, I would warn him of his policies.

    4: Third Conditional Sentences:

These sentences describe some past event which did not happen and as a result it outcome too could not happen.

    Structure:

If + past perfect/had + third form of verb (condition), would/might + have + third form of verb (result).

    Examples:

If World War II had not happened, we would have eliminated poverty from the world.

If you had worked hard, you would have succeeded.
