    Answer: I believe it either C or D

    Explanation: A isn't right because you don't always need a doctor for you travel companion. B isn't right either never talks about geology or science in the passage. C could be right because it gives Kennedy joy when he was riding the balloon, yes he might of been scared but it was cool. D also makes sense because it can create bonds with people.
