    This is a fact. This is an accurate historical event. This is tricky because some people may think that it is an opinion, but this is something that actually happened Members of the APSA actually did rate Abraham Lincoln as the greatest president.

    An opinion would be "Members of the American Political Science Association once rated Abraham Lincoln as the greatest president in the history of the United States, but I think George Washington was better." That is an opinion because someone it putting their personal thoughts and feelings into the situation.
