    When the five nations came together, they all kept their own culture, language and territory. This shows a respect for diversity. Respect for diversity means that people are allowed to be different from one another and are appreciated for their differences. All five nations were allowed to keep their identity. It was expected that all nations would respect one another and follow the Great Law of Peace in order to maintain teamwork and cooperation with one another
