    A. The articles of confederation was later rewritten into the constitution, and if you want to be extra smart in front of your teacher, explain to them that the articles of confederation were not only weak but also allowed states to chose whether they wanted to be taxed. All states did no and there wasn't a strong military until the article was changed.
