    All the basic information like other options and opinions as well as to have a clear idea about the root cause of the problem are needed to solve a problem.

    Explanation:

    The first thing that we must look upto is the main root cause of the problem. Then only we will have a clear idea about solving the problem. We must start looking for possible solutions and alternatives on solving the issue. The places where we have gone wrong and why did the error occur must be examined thoroughly. The basic guidelines and specifications must be made clear. An easy appraoch must be there instead of any complications. We must have a clear idea and solution before starting our work.
