    Answer: It is most encouraging rathe than discouraging.

    Explanation: it encourages the speaker in many ways. Firstly it would be better to do it in front of a mirror, so you see the impact you are making on your own self. Secondly, it boost you ego knowing fully well you are in control of yourself and your environment. Thirdly, once you do it you can be able to fish out your errors and improve on them.
