Analyze In a play, dramatic irony occurs when the audience knows something that a character does not know. In lines 88-101 of Scene 1, Ophelia tells Polonius what took place when Hamlet visited her. Explain why this passage is an example of dramatic irony?

    This passage is dramatic irony because the audience know why Hamlet was acting the way he acted. It was't because Ophelia had stopped talking to Hamlet, but rather he did not want the King to know that Hamlet had known what happened to his father.
