In understanding the experiences and situations of individuals in society, the best thing to do - I believe - is to blame factors stemming from the society within which individuals live and not blame individuals for their experiences.

    Explanation:

I would blame factors stemming from the society within which individuals live because not every person is born in the same context, and his/her context is the key for the rest of his/her development as a human being and in the society. You can never blame a person for their experiences because it sometimes depends on external factors and they are not our responsibility. On the other hand, the way and place in which we grow up, our context, our neighbourhood, our family, do determine our experiences in life.
