    During the 1730s, England located its territories from North America. However, the main project was the idea of James, who was a former officer; when he left, he worked hard towards supporting the poor and especially those who were occupied with men's debts and wanted to settle in America.

    The new king, who also got motivated by this idea and establishing a defense in Carolina, supported his choice. The colony enabled many people to have the potential they had always lacked.
