    Bertold Brecht was an author, reporter, director and theoretician from Germany. One of the world theater's most significant figures of the 20th century.

    He staged an adaption of Sophocles ' Antigone in Chur in February 1948, premised on a Hölderlin's interpretation. It was released in 1948 under the title Antigonemodell, followed by an article on the significance of developing a theater form of non-Aristotelian. Brecht is seen as Stanislavski's absolute counterpart.
