In the story The Emperor and the Flower Seed, is the decision of the emperor fair to everyone?

    Explanation:

    The decision was fair because the king had given out equal seed to all the young boys and expected their actions after a period. However, the boys did not know that the king was smart enough and wanted to choose a leader with integrity to be the bearer of the kingdom. Among the many boys, there was only one poor young boy who was loyal.

    The seeds that were given to the boys were boiled and would not germinate. This is the reason the young boy demonstrated courage and integrity with essential values of leadership thus he deserved to be the heir.
