Should parents restrict children from using specific types of technology? Why or why not? What kind?

    Depends on the age of the child.

    Explanation:

    Obviously, with age-restricted material such as adult movies etc, it should be restricted. So, if the child is very young and unaware it would be a good idea to prevent them from witnessing this. As it may affect them later in life on how they perceive the world. However, this can be up to the parent's discretion as it's their child and they decide how they should parent. Furthermore, young children such as 10 or below with phones should probe ly be restricted, as the internet is a device and tool which can be used for good in the right hands however if not used correctly it can lead to some unorthodox results.

    The truth is that the parents are the only people that should be able to decided what and how much technology their child should use. It is completely up to then to decide something like this.
